10.13.312    STUDENT ENROLLMENT

(1) The trustees of any district operating a public middle school, junior high school, or high school may establish and maintain a traffic education course for eligible students within the district's geographic jurisdiction, provided that students enrolled in the course will have reached their 15th birthday within six months of course completion as prescribed in 61-5-106, MCA. The district shall not be reimbursed for students completing the course at a younger age.
