10.6.128    APPELLATE PROCEDURE - DECISION

(1) The decision and order of the superintendent of public instruction shall be final, subject to the proper legal remedies in the state/federal courts. Such proceedings shall be commenced no later than 60 days after the date of the decision and order of the state superintendent of public instruction.
