17.24.1308 LITIGATION EXPENSES: FILING OF PETITION (1) The petition for an award of costs, expenses, and attorney fees must be filed within 45 days of receipt of such order. Failure to make a timely filing of the petition may constitute a waiver of the right to such an award.
