23.3.404 QUALIFIED TOW CAR SERVICE In selecting the nearest tow car service the officer shall be governed by his or her past experience in securing prompt and adequate service, and his or her knowledge as to the availability of storage facilities to protect the vehicle, its accessories and its contents.
