24.174.832 LABELING FOR PRESCRIPTIONS (1) On prescription drugs, the label shall contain the name, address and phone number of the dispenser, name of prescriber, name of patient, name and strength of the drug, directions for use and date of filling. (2) The prescription label must be securely attached to the outside of the container in which the prescription is dispensed.
