24.174.837 PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED FOR SCHEDULE V (1) All products which are presently defined as exempt narcotics (Schedule V) of the Comprehensive Controlled Substances Act, Public Law (91-513) shall require a prescription from one with the authority to prescribe.
