24.8.707    REPRESENTATION IN A CONTESTED CASE PROCEEDING

(1) All parties before the Office of Administrative Hearings have the right to be represented by an attorney of their choice.

(2) The Office of Administrative Hearings will not provide counsel for parties or provide funds for the payment of counsel.

(3) The department may appear in any contested case for the limited purpose of representing the interests of the public.
