24.9.1409    ADOPTION OF EEOC NATIONAL ORIGIN DISCRIMINATION GUIDELINES

(1) The human rights commission hereby affirms its adoption of the Guidelines on National Origin Discrimination promulgated by the United States equal employment opportunity commission, as last revised as of July 1, 1998. The guidelines are codified as Title 29 CFR, chapter XIV, part 1606. A copy of the guidelines may be obtained from the human rights bureau, department of labor and industry.
