24.9.1501 PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF RULES (1) The following rules describe the procedures and definitions followed by the department and commission in investigating and resolving complaints of housing discrimination filed before July 1, 1997. Except as otherwise provided in this sub-chapter, ARM 24.9.101 through 24.9.331 also apply to the procedure for housing complaints.
