24.174.1213    NATIONAL CLEARINGHOUSE FOR WHOLESALE DRUG DISTRIBUTOR LICENSING

(1) Any wholesale drug distributor may apply for a license in Montana through a national clearinghouse for licensing of wholesale drug distributors, which has been approved by the board, by meeting the minimum requirements for licensure in Title 37, MCA, and complying with all requirements of the approved national clearinghouse.
