36.15.201 LOCAL REGULATION AND ENFORCEMENT (1) If a political subdivision adopts land use regulations that equal or exceed the minimum standards contained in sub-chapters 6 through 9 of these rules within the time specified and if the administrative and enforcement procedures for such regulations meet the requirements of these rules and are approved by the board in accordance with section 76-5-302, MCA, no permit will be required from the department.
