37.106.804    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

(1) A specialty hospital must comply with the requirements under 42 CFR subchapter G subpart E. The department adopts and incorporates by reference 42 CFR subchapter G subpart E, which sets forth the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Conditions of Participation for Hospitals as the standard for the operation of specialty hospitals in Montana.
