37.14.1001 SCOPE (1) This subchapter establishes requirements for use of x-ray producing devices in the healing arts by a practitioner licensed by law to use or direct the use of such devices in the course of his professional practice or upon a prescription or other order lawfully issued in the course of his professional practice. The provisions of this subchapter are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable provisions of this chapter.
