37.14.802 SCOPE (1) This subchapter applies to all licensees or registrants who use sources of radiation for industrial radiography. Except for those sections of this subchapter clearly applicable only to sealed radioactive sources, both radiation machines and sealed radioactive sources are covered by this subchapter.
