37.51.815 YOUTH FOSTER HOMES: CHILD PRIVACY RIGHTS (1) The foster parents shall allow privacy for the child and shall provide appropriate sleeping arrangements, separate storage space for clothing and personal articles, and a place to display the child's socially appropriate creative works and symbols of identity.
