37.62.305 TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS (1) Due to the need for maintaining confidentiality of records, it is essential that the CSSD confirm the identity of persons to whom information is provided. Because a telephone caller's identity cannot be verified, no telephone inquiries concerning confidential information will be accepted by the CSSD.
