37.99.115 PRIVATE ALTERNATIVE ADOLESCENT RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS: WRITTEN POLICY AND PROCEDURE (1) A current written policy and procedure manual that includes all policies required in this chapter and describes all services provided in the program, must be developed, implemented, and maintained at the program. The manual must be available to staff, program participants, program participants' parent/legal guardian, and the department and must be complied with by all program personnel and its agents.
