4.11.1114 AUTHORIZATION (1) Prior to gaining access to CBI files all authorized employees of the department and designated personnel from other agencies shall sign a document stating that they have received, read and understand this rule, and shall abide by these CBI rules subject to penalties set forth in 80-15-414 (4) , MCA.
