4.12.740 REQUEST FOR VARIANCE (1) A person who owns or is in control of anhydrous ammonia facility may apply in writing to the Montana department of agriculture for a temporary or permanent variance from any requirement of the rules. The application for a variance shall include such information and data as requested by the Montana department of agriculture.
