4.8.102 POLICIES AND OBJECTIVES (1) Public participation is to be allowed to the fullest extent practicable and consistent with the other requirements of state law and the rights and requirements of personal privacy. This will aid in greater responsiveness of committee actions to all concerns and priorities as well as helping to better the understanding of programs and committee actions.
