42.22.201 DEFINITIONS The following definitions apply to this sub-chapter: (1) "Electricity produced in the state for delivery outside of the state" as used in 15-72-104 , MCA, means electricity that is produced at an electrical generation facility in Montana, and delivered immediately and without interruption to entities beyond Montana borders via a transmission facility. (2) "Electricity produced in the state for delivery within the state," means electricity that is not produced for delivery outside of the state.
