6.6.1003 APPLICABILITY OF OTHER RULES (1) Funeral insurance is defined in 33-20-1501, MCA, as a type of life insurance, and all rules pertaining to life insurance shall apply to funeral insurance unless funeral insurance is specifically exempted. In the event of any inconsistency between these rules and other rules pertaining to life insurance, these rules shall govern.
