8.111.403 COUNSELING REQUIREMENTS (1) All applicants for reverse annuity mortgage loans must complete the required counseling. (2) Information as to the required counseling is available by contacting the Board of Housing by mail at P.O. Box 200528, Helena, MT 59620-0528 or by telephone at (406) 841-2845 or (406) 841-2838.
