NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On September 8, 2023, the Department of Revenue published MAR Notice No. 42-1067 pertaining to the proposed repeal of the above-stated rule at page 1010 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 17.

 

2. No requests for a public hearing were received. The department did not receive any written comments in support of or opposition to the proposed repeal.

 

           3. The department has repealed ARM 42.20.519 as proposed.
