NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On September 20, 2007, the department published MAR Notice No. 2-4-388 regarding a public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1351 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 18.

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rules exactly as proposed.

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.
