lessee or licensee is required to submit various reports on forms supplied by
the department, including but not limited to the following:
(a) An agricultural seeding report form shall be completed and returned to the department for each section
or portion thereof after planting, but not later than June 15, on all
agricultural land. This includes all agricultural leases or licenses including
those based on a cash lease/crop-share, whichever is greater.
(b) A crop report form shall be
completed and returned to the department on each section or portions thereof,
immediately after harvest and marketing, but no later than November 15, on all
agricultural land. All elevator checks and stubs shall be included with the
report. This includes all agricultural leases or licenses including those based
on case lease or based on a crop share/cash lease, whichever is greater.
(c) Failure to file seeding and
crop report forms by the specified date or failure to supply any otter
information pertinent to the lease or license may result in cancellation of
the lease or license subject to the appeal procedures set forth in ARM
