(1) A separate file and record shall be kept on each
hearing held on application of a lessee or prospective lessee. Such separate
file shall contain the written application for the hearing, a copy of the
notice given which gives rise to the hearing, evidence of the mailing thereof,
and the transcript of the hearing, if prepared.
(2) The department shall maintain a record of the publication of notices of all lease
sales. Such record shall consist of published copies of such notices or
affidavits of publication as provided in 26-1-1011, MCA.
