38.5.402    PROCEDURE GOVERNED

(1) These rules (as well as the commission's procedural rules ARM Title 38, chapter 2) govern practice and procedure in rate cases involving radio common carriers before the public service commission of the state of Montana, in accordance with applicable laws of the state of Montana.
