44.3.2408    BALLOT FORM AND UNIFORMITY

(1) The Secretary of State's Office adopts and incorporates by reference the "Ballot Layout Guide" dated January 16, 2024, which county election administrators must follow to ensure uniformity of the ballot form for each type of ballot used in the state as required by 13-12-202, MCA. A copy of the Ballot Layout Guide can be accessed on the Secretary of State's website at sosmt.gov.
