Applications for employment under special certificate of handicapped workers at wages lower than the minimum wage applicable under section 39-3-406 (f) MCA of the act must be approved by the Department of Social and Rehabilitative Services; Institutions caring for the handicapped, or individuals must seek application from the Commissioner of Labor.
