6.6.3709    FILING OF FORM B--ANNUAL REGISTRATION OF INSURERS

(1) An insurer required to file an annual registration statement pursuant to 33-2-1111(2) , MCA, shall furnish the required information on Form B, hereby made a part of these rules.
