6.6.3904    OTHER SECURITY FOR PAYMENT OF OBLIGATIONS UNDER CONTRACT

(1) A ceding insurer may take credit for unencumbered funds withheld by the ceding insurer in the United States subject to withdrawal solely by the ceding insurer and under its exclusive control as another form of security acceptable to the commissioner under 33-2-1217(2) (d) , MCA.
