12.6.1407    POSSESSION OF EGGS, NESTS, OR FEATHERS

(1) A permittee may possess addled or blown eggs, nests, and feathers from raptors held under permit and transfer any of these items to any other person authorized by the service to possess them provided no money or other consideration is involved.
