2.63.1005    NOTIFICATION OF LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN TICKETS OR EQUIPMENT

(1) Retailers shall immediately report the theft, loss or damage of any lottery tickets or equipment to the director and local law enforcement authorities. The retailer shall cooperate in any investigation conducted by the lottery, its employees, the attorney general, legislative auditor or local law enforcement authorities.
