24.159.2023    DISCHARGE CRITERIA - NONDISCIPLINARY TRACK

(1) The licensee shall be discharged from the NAP nondisciplinary track when the licensee:

(a) successfully completes the NAP;

(b) does not comply with the NAP. The NAP will submit a report to the board; or

(c) voluntarily withdraws from the NAP. The NAP will submit a complaint to the board.

(2) A licensee may be discharged if the licensee violates any of the statutes or rules related to nursing which results in disciplinary action by the board.
