(1) After the time for filing an answer has passed, the division shall serve a notice of hearing upon the parties. The hearing date shall not be less than five nor more than 20 working days from the date of service. The notice shall include all those items listed in section 2-4-601 , MCA, and shall state who will hear the complaint.
