24.26.201    ADOPTION OF ATTORNEY GENERAL MODEL RULES

(1) Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of Personnel Appeals of the Department of Labor and Industry, this board adopts the model rules proposed by the Attorney General as adopted by the Department of Labor and Industry.
