(1) Once the administrator has scheduled the review, the board shall give written notice of the date, time and place to all interested parties. Notice shall be mailed to the parties at least 10 days prior to the day of the review.

(2) At the request of a party, or upon its own motion, the board may, for good cause, continue the review.
