(1) A licensed Montana water well contractor/driller shall prepare a well log report form for each well drilled. The contractor/driller shall supply a copy of the well log report to the water well owner and such agencies as required by sections 85-2-516 and 85-2-517, MCA, and maintain a copy as a record in his files.
