(1) Applying ARM 37.62.101 through 37.62.134 results in a child support obligation for each parent. If all the children of the calculation spend 110 days or less with a parent, all of that parent's obligation is due and payable to the other parent. This is the transfer payment, which may be adjusted in accordance with ARM 37.62.138.
