37.86.1705    FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES, REQUIREMENTS

These requirements are in addition to those contained in ARM 37.85.401, 37.85.406, 37.85.407, 37.85.410, and 37.85.414.

(1) Contraceptive clinic services are the services of a physician or the services of the local delegate agencies of the Family Planning program of the Department of Public Health and Human Services.

(2) Laboratory services must be ordered by a physician.

(3) Contraceptive supplies must be prescribed by a physician.

(4) Eligible recipients requesting family planning services must be free from coercion or mental pressure and free to choose the method of family planning to be used.
