37.97.801    YOUTH SHELTER CARE: RELATIONSHIP TO YOUTH CARE FACILITY LICENSURE

(1) A provider of substitute care in the form of shelter care may be licensed as a youth shelter care facility as defined in ARM 37.97.102 and pursuant to the requirements of ARM 37.97.801 through 37.97.843. Licensure as a youth shelter care facility may be in lieu of licensure as a youth foster care home, youth group home, or child care agency.
