8.97.806    AMENDMENT OF APPLICATION

(1) A "certified" or "qualified" capital company may amend an application designated complete by the administrator at any time by submitting new information or evidence as required by ARM 8.97.803 and ARM 8.97.804. The same procedural requirements and fifteen day notification period apply to the amendment.
