6.6.3807    EFFECT OF LOSS OF ACCREDITATION BY ASSUMING REINSURER

(1) Credit will not be granted to a domestic ceding insurer with respect to reinsurance ceded after October 1, 1993, if the assuming insurer's accreditation has been denied or revoked by the commissioner after notice and hearing.
