1.3.220    MODEL RULE 16 CONTESTED CASES, RECORD

(1) The record in a contested case shall include all items required by 2-4-614(1) , MCA.

(2) The record shall be transcribed and the costs of transcription paid as provided in 2-4-614(2) , MCA.
