37.97.105 YOUTH CARE FACILITY: LICENSE REQUIRED (1) Every youth care facility shall be licensed by the department, or responsible tribal authority. (2) Failure of a provider to obtain or renew a license while continuing to operate a youth care facility is a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties provided in 41-3-504 , MCA.
