37.37.130 THERAPEUTIC YOUTH GROUP HOMES, MEDICAL NECESSITY, WELL-CHILD SCREENING, AND CHEMOTHERAPY (1) Each therapeutic youth group home provider must assure, and provide appropriate documentation that: (a) all children receiving treatment in the therapeutic youth group home receive a well-child screening on an annual basis; and (b) all children receiving chemotherapy are seen by a licensed medical doctor at least quarterly or more often as required by the accepted protocol for the prescribed chemotherapy.
