4.12.1424    FAILURE TO OBTAIN PERMIT OR VIOLATION OF TERMS OF PERMIT

(1)  Any person who imports loosestrife articles into Montana without a permit, or who violates the terms or conditions under which a permit was issued shall be subject to penalties provided for in 80-7-703, MCA. The loosestrife articles may also be subject to confiscation and destruction by the department at the expense of the violator.
