2.13.207    WIRELESS ENHANCED 911 DISTRIBUTION FOR WIRELESS PROVIDERS

(1) If there are not enough funds to fully reimburse a wireless carrier for a particular quarter, the unpaid balance will be paid:

(a) after the 911 jurisdiction's quarterly allocation of funds for wireless cost recovery has occurred; and

(b) to the maximum of that carrier's quarterly calculated percentage for that jurisdiction.
