24.8.205    INTAKE PROCEDURE

(1) A person claiming unlawful discrimination may contact the Human Rights Bureau by mail or telephone to inquire about filing a complaint of discrimination. Any advice or assistance provided to a potential charging party who contacts the Human Rights Bureau shall be offered objectively and impartially pursuant to 49-2-205, MCA.
